Thank you fitback team for your continuous support. I had started my journey with 96 kg after (post-delivery). Within 4 month I lose 18 kg without exercise. I have hypothyroid and my TSH level was not under control. After loose weight my thyroid level is also in control along with Dr prescribe to reduce my medicine dose. Nowadays I gain some weight for my cheat meals and frequent travels. To back in shape I am ordering fitback regular again. This time target is 10 kg down.
