I bought fitback during November month but couldn’t continue it properly or maintain it properly till December but since January I started to take that very seriously for 2 months I maintained it & initialy my appetite came into my control and the only thing I would say is fitback & it’s deto plan has helped me a lot to loose my weight.
In the left picture I was 78 kg & in the right side I am now 67kg
